Excellent service from the staff. the person who had booked it for us had not told them about my disability and they gave us a room with a shower ovewr the bath which is impossible for me to use. After a long day in Marrakech we needed showers. Seemed our onlt option was to leave and try to find something else but they moved us to another room, there were stairs to get to it but slowly I managed to reach the room. 10 out of 10 for everything here.we will return if we ever return to Morocco.

Large beautiful room with rich Morrocan decor. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. the riad is just a few minutes walk from the Medina. Very convenient for cars to pick you up or drop you off unlike within the Medina itself. Pleasant rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served. Tho I was not particularly impressed with either the breakfast or our one dinner. Bathroom plumbing was also a bit temperamental but I hear this is standard procedure for most Moroccan riads.

The Riad was a beautiful, well restored traditional Riad, very opulent. We didn’t want to visit Marrakesh & stay in a modern hotel.

It was a great location. We parked at the mosque around the corner for two nights without worrying about our rental. The hotel is located right outside the Medina. Our room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. The hotel has a great bar to get a nightcap and also a restaurant but we didn't eat there (only there two nights). Would recommend staying here, the staff is great and extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Riad! It’s beautifully decorated and smells lovely when walking in! The staff are really nice and our rooms were wonderful. We found the place very clean and comfortable and the staff even gave us a free room upgrade! Location is about 10 mins walk from most things eg the Jemaa El Fna! We would stay here again! The only disappointing thing was that we were mis lead by the staff on the price of local taxis. We had spent a fortune in comparison to what we should have been spending and only found this out at the end of the trip. Otherwise, loved the Riad!

Riad Wow was the perfect location for us. Excellent location and close to all attractions we wanted to see. All within walking distance. The staff are fantastic. Hassan, Youssef, Abdul - thank you for making it special for us. From our arrival and welcome from Reception, Housekeeping, the chef and all staff. Well, WOW - the perfect name for your Riad. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful spot to unwind after a days walking and shopping with an ice cold neverage. Thanks to all.

This is a great riad, stayed here about 5 days. 5 minute walk to the markets, restaurants etc. The breakfast every morning on the terrace was fantastic. They pick up from airport and bk was convenient. All of the employees at the hotel were very nice. Our room was huge and very clean. The bed was comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again! Kudos to Riad Wow!!
